How to choose the right case for your Quest2 gears?
Whether the case can fit your Quest2 or not depends mainly on the size of your head strap, so you need to confirm the size of your head strap first.
Will this case fit my official Quest2 Elite strap?
If you use the official Quest2 Elite strap or its battery version, we recommend you choose Syntech's standard size case. It has the same size as the official Quest2 case and is ONLY compatible with the official Quest2 Elite strap.
Which size of case will fit Syntech head strap with battery pack or other 3rd-party/aftermarket head strap?
If you use a Syntech head strap with battery pack or any other 3rd-party/aftermarket head strap, we recommend you choose Syntech's large size case.
How do I know if this case will fit my head strap?
If you are not sure, you can compare the width and height of the head strap and the case to see if it can fit.
Will 3rd party Quest2 accessories fit in the case?
Other third-party accessories MAY NOT fit in the case due to their various size. Syntech's case is only compatible with simple structured grips. If you use the extended grips, please remove them to fit into the case.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Free Shipping on U.S. orders. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Comocase will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Damages We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
